The pasta factory in Finkenstein has been owned by the same family for five generations.
Katharina Gregori runs the business according to traditional values and the always-high standards of quality. The old - and of course secret - family recipes form the foundation of the highly varied pasta creations. In their on-site specialty shop you will find not only over 90 different types of their own pasta, but also delicacies from local farmers and producers.
