Jürgen Perlinger, the Purist from Warmbaderhof

The head chef of Das Kleine Restaurant in Villach-Warmbad is one of the most outstanding chefs in the Villach region and has been a regular with KÜCHENKULT since 2015.

After his apprenticeship in Carinthia, Jürgen Perlinger moved to Switzerland and then to Berlin, but has been back home since 2006. Since 2014 he has worked as head chef at Das Kleine Restaurant in the five-star Hotel Warmbaderhof in Villach-Warmbad.

His personal aspiration for cooking is to use simple ingredients from the region and to cook at a high level and with uncompromising quality - and in that he and his team are invariably successful.
The avant-garde of Austrian cuisine particularly appeals to him, and he combines tried and tested ingredients with new techniques. At the KÜCHENKULT events in Das Kleine Restaurant you can look forward to the special creations of this award-winning chef and his team.
