For restauranteurs and trained baristas Yvonne Krakolinig and Martin Kribitsch, it’s only quality and craftsmanship that count when it comes to the best coffee flavor.

They engage with their product holistically - from how it’s grown all the way to the cup. In the coffee roaster in Villach-Obere Fellach you can experience in person how raw coffee gets its color and aroma in the “Probat” gas roasting machine, and becomes a fine end product in the “Mahlkönig.” Many top restaurants throughout Carinthia which value excellence have been won over by this process and quality.

Krakolinig and Kribitsch source the raw beans only from suppliers who have the same standards for sustainable production, fair trade, and transparency as the two “coffee makers” themselves. The high-quality beans are also available in their “coffeeteria” in Villach’s Italiener Straße for private customers to take home.
