At 1000 meters above sea level in Carinthia’s Gailtal Valley Stefan Bachmann and his family run Kunz Vegetable Farm, where vegetables and herbs are produced in harmony with nature.
Without synthetic chemical fertilizers, and with soil-conserving methods and a great deal of passion, vegetables, herbs, rare varieties, and edible flowers are grown and sold from the farm. With the veggie box you can also subscribe and get seasonal specialities delivered right to your house.
This Gailtal Valley vegetable farmer is also a regular producer for our KÜCHENKULT chefs. Thanks to this creative cooperation, long-forgotten varieties frequently find their way to guests’ plates.
