Martin Kribitsch, the Self-Taught KÜCHENKULT Chef
Culinary artist Martin Kribitsch not only roasts exceptional coffee but also regularly prepares impressive meals at his “coffeeteria” in Villach. He has been with KÜCHENKULT since 2018.
He has two passions - one for ultimate coffee enjoyment and one for Asian cuisine. Together with his barista colleague Yvonne Krakolinig, Martin Kritisch opened the coffee roasting company Kaffeerösterei Kaffeemacher in Villach’s downtown in 2017.
This coffee shop concept has been extraordinarily popular, so it was only a matter of time before Martin acted on his passion for cooking - and now you can enjoy unusual and highly flavorful culinary creations. His repertoire ranges from Japanese ramen (which, depending on the season, may have a very Carinthian spin to it) to Hot Pot to classics from the Austrian kitchen.
No matter how unusual his recipes may be, the foundation is always great ingredients from the neighborhood. This self-taught man is very strict when choosing his ingredients, and the diversity of the region is exactly that which makes cooking such a creative experience for him.
Martin and Yvonne have been actively involved with KÜCHENKULT since 2018. They treat their guests not only to sumptuous culinary delights but also to freshly-roasted coffee at the end of the meal.
