Diverse, regional, seasonal, and unadulterated - this is how KÜCHENKULT chef Patricia (Tici) Kaspar describes her cooking style. This private chef, who regularly offers cooking classes in her studio in Villach, has enchanted KÜCHENKULT guests since 2016 with her extraordinary creations and diverse events, which have already taken us to Bio-Zitrusgarten in Faak, Kloster Wernberg, and Sudhaus Villach.
Tici completed her apprenticeship in her family’s business, the award-winning restaurant Urbani Wine Bar in Villach (now closed). Numerous trips abroad followed, to London and Rome among other destinations. Soon after returning to Austria she opened her own restaurant on Lake Längsee, which she successfully ran until the birth of her son. In order to have more time for her family she then decided to offer cooking classes to children and adults, and at the same time also works as a recipe developer, food stylist, and private chef.

Among others awards, she has been distinguished as “Austria’s Best Young Chef” and received a bronze at the Cooking Olympics in Germany.
