Roughly 150 different types of sausage, ham, and smoked meat specialties are offered in the two family-run specialty shops, as well as in Austrian grocery stores, wholesale, and in restaurants. They also export - this traditional Villach business even delivers to Japan. Year after year they look forward to distinctions and awards from national and international trade fairs.
With the opening of Frierss Feines Haus, a speciality butcher shop that also serves food (delicatessen, café, restaurant, and gourmet restaurant under one roof), Frierss is not only a beloved supplier for KÜCHENKULT, but also regularly the setting for culinary festivals.
